First public draft
- Mesh-first messenger with optional client–server path (use either or both).
- Local UDP peer discovery and direct delivery when an address is known.
- Short mesh relay (about 1–3 hops) through already trusted nodes.
- BLE transport for the same encrypted sessions when radio helps.
- Optional HTTPS server stores ciphertext only (blobs, receipts, presence).
- Local-first accounts: QR contacts, no phone or email required.
- Clients: Windows (incl. Windows 7), Linux, Android, iOS. Servers: Windows / Linux.
- Research and demo quality — not a production threat model.
